Técnico Job Bank

The job portal of Instituto Superior Técnico is aimed at all students attending the School for a degree, recent graduates, and Técnico alumni (graduated less than 2 years ago). Currently, the platform has over 2000 registered companies. Some benefits of registering your company:

• It is the platform for promoting and registering for events developed by companies in collaboration with Técnico.
• It is a tool for posting job and/or internship offers with a direct connection to Técnico’s talent.

Talents@Técnico

The Talents@Técnico program aims to offer Técnico students the best options for starting their careers and provide companies with access to potential talents.

Técnico offers companies the opportunity to strengthen their employer brand among students from one of the best engineering schools in Europe.

Companies have direct contact with students through activities such as:

• Técnico Career Weeks (Feb-May): Organized by Student Groups in collaboration with companies, it supports students in choosing their professional future.
• Talent Bootcamp@Técnico (once per semester): A two-day skills accelerator that brings students and companies together through pitches, feedback, and job opportunities.
• Inside View@Técnico By BEST Lisboa (Nov-Apr): Students shadow a professional for a day, an initiative organized by BEST Lisboa.
• Jobshop@Técnico By AEIST (May): Job fair for over 10,000 Técnico students.
• Técnico Summer Internships (Jul-Sep): 4 to 8-week internships with a tripartite contract and school insurance.

The program standardizes a recruitment calendar, starting in February with Técnico Career Weeks and culminating in April/May with Jobshop@Técnico By AEIST. Companies can promote and manage all offers on the Técnico Job Bank.

Técnico Alumni

Even after finishing their journey as Técnico students, the connection to the School does not have to end.

Técnico students can maintain their connection to the School after graduation through Técnico Alumni, an exclusive platform for alumni that facilitates reconnecting with colleagues, organizing events, and exchanging job offers.

Over the years, Técnico graduates have significantly contributed to the country’s economic and social development. The Técnico Alumni network, including the Alumni Association, is strategic for providing a network of contacts, promoting continuous training, and strengthening the scientific and technological community.
