Técnico has an Intellectual Property Regulation, approved by its President on July 15, 2010, through Order No. 12823/2010, published in the Diário da República, 2nd Series, No. 153, on August 9, 2010, and amended by Order No. 9109/2015, published in the Diário da República, 2nd Series, No. 157, on August 13, 2015. It is recommended that the entire Técnico Community and all entities interacting with the School consult this regulation.
