What it is

A programme that connects students with alumni who have professional experience, to help clarify choices such as specialisation area, master’s options, skills to develop, and first career steps.

Opening Session (10 December)

On 10 December 2025, at the Técnico Innovation Center powered by Fidelidade, the programme’s opening session will take place: an overview of how it works and the next steps, plus the first meeting between mentors and mentees.

Who can participate

Técnico students enrolled in study cycles leading to a degree.

How it works

  • Students: register on the platform, browse profiles, and select up to 3 mentors. When one mentor accepts, the remaining requests are automatically cancelled.

  • Mentors: register and create a profile with areas of experience and availability. Requests are sent by students, and the mentor may accept or decline.
