The PI Days@Técnico 2019 are about to start. They are sessions dedicated to Industrial Property where you can learn about the world of patents and inventions. Who knows you have an idea to be patented and marketed?

Come and share your doubts with the INPI examiner, Jorge Cunha, in the first session of the season: “Can I patent my invention?”.

Keep in Touch 2019: Registrations open

The event “Keep In Touch” will take place on May 23 and will be part of the celebrations of Técnico’s 108th anniversary. The activities will take place from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. All Técnico community is invited to attend this event, as well as IST Spin-off community members and Técnico’s Partner Network companies.

In this year’s edition we will pay tribute to Alfredo Bensaude, the IST founder.

EIA scholarships 2019

The applications for the scholarships to EIA Cascais 2019 are open!

This year, with the support of Santander Universidades, 30 Técnico students will receive a scholarship of €1899 to participate in the summer school: European Innovation Academy (EIA)that will take place from July 14 to August 2, in Cascais.

These students will join others from around the world to work in teams and search for innovative solutions to real-world problems with the help of global experts that will be visiting Portugal just for this. Ken Singer of the University of California, Berkeley says: “you will learn quickly what you are good at and the things you need to work on. You can’t read it in a book.” What are you waiting for?

Road2EIA@Técnico – How to be an innovator!

Innovators change the world. Are you one of them?

Técnico Summer Internships 2019 – Information Sessions

TT@Técnico is organising information sessions on Técnico Summer Internships, aiming to inform students about the advantages of doing a summer internship and disseminate the steps to apply for internships.

Two information sessions will take place as follows:

– Alameda, April 2nd, 1:30 p.m., auditorium – Congress Centre (Civil Engineering building)

– Taguspark, April 3rd, 1 p.m. – 2 p.m., room 0.65.
